We are following the human services strategy, and it's doing very nicely for our clients (and us). <br /><br />Most small businesses simply don't have the marketing knowledge in-house to take full advantage of marketing automation. <br /><br />But when we add our personalized, one-to-one approach to nurture marketing on top of marketing automation or CRM, it works beautifully.<br /><br />Someday, I agree, it will all be automated.
